
Planned Giving Program Manager
Huntington Hospital is seeking an experienced and innovative Planned Giving Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is an exceptional relationship builder with a passion for philanthropy and a commitment to our mission of providing high quality patient care. We are looking for an individual who has a deep understanding of the complexities of planned giving, and the ability to think strategically and manage multiple projects simultaneously.The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience in planned giving, fundraising, or a related field. They will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a larger team, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. In addition, they must be a self-starter with the ability to take initiative and think creatively and innovatively. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Responsibilities: • Develop, implement and manage a comprehensive planned giving program. • Develop and coordinate planned giving marketing and communication strategies. • Develop and implement cultivation strategies for planned giving donors. • Identify potential planned giving prospects and establish relationships with them. • Identify, analyze, and evaluate planned giving opportunities. • Work with staff and volunteers to identify potential planned giving donors. • Provide advice and guidance on planned giving strategies. • Prepare and present planned giving presentations. • Manage the planned giving database and track progress and results. • Work collaboratively with other fundraising and development staff. • Participate in donor recognition events and other activities. • Provide regular reports to the Director of Development.
