At Huntington Hospital, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Patient Relations Specialist to join our team. This position requires a personable and empathetic individual who has the ability to think quickly, problem solve, and remain calm under pressure. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to patient inquiries, addressing patient concerns, and managing patient grievances.The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of two years of experience in customer service, preferably in a hospital setting. Additionally, they must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to patient inquiries and address patient concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Handle patient grievances and problem solve in order to resolve conflicts.
  3. Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients.
  4. Manage patient complaints and questions in a calm and composed manner.
  5. Remain professional in all situations and interactions.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service and create positive experiences for patients.
  7. Remain up-to-date on hospital policies and procedures.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with patients and their families.
  9. Follow established protocols for patient care.
  10. Prepare reports and document patient interactions.
