Patient Flow Coordinator

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and assess patient flow throughout the hospital, identify areas of improvement, and develop strategies to optimize the patient experience.
2. Analyze data to identify trends and develop solutions to increase efficiency and improve patient satisfaction.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to patient flow and customer service.
4. Maintain accurate records of patient flow and customer service.
5. Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective flow of patients.
6. Monitor and evaluate staff performance related to patient flow and customer service.
7. Address customer complaints and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
9. Develop and present reports to hospital leadership on the status of the patient flow process.
10. Stay abreast of best practices in the healthcare industry and recommend new initiatives to improve patient care.
