Conduct neurophysiological tests and procedures to diagnose and monitor disorders of the nervous system.
Analyze and interpret test results, providing accurate and timely reports to physicians.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for patients.
Monitor and adjust equipment settings during procedures to ensure accurate data collection.
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in neurophysiology and implement new techniques and technologies as appropriate.
Educate patients and their families on test procedures and results.
Document all procedures and results accurately and maintain patient records.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for patients.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and departmental processes.
Attend and participate in departmental meetings and trainings.
Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.

Job Qualifications

Master's Or Doctoral Degree In Neurophysiology, Neuroscience, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Clinical Or Research Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.
Certification In Neurophysiology Or Related Field From A Recognized Organization (E.g. Abret).
Excellent Knowledge Of Neurophysiological Testing Techniques And Equipment.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Report On Complex Data.
