- Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of the Clinical Department in Medicine at Huntington Hospital.
- Lead and mentor a team of clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving patient care and enhancing the overall performance of the Clinical Department.
- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration and coordination of patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards related to patient care and department operations.
- Develop and manage departmental budget, including forecasting and cost containment measures.
- Serve as a liaison between the Clinical Department and hospital administration, providing regular updates and reports on departmental activities.
- Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new clinical staff members.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with all members of the healthcare team to promote a patient-centered approach to care.
- Stay informed of latest developments and advancements in the field of Medicine, incorporating best practices into departmental operations.

- Handle any patient or staff complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Act as a role model for professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior in all interactions with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Leadership Role, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Clinical Operations, Quality Improvement, And Regulatory Compliance.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Lead A Multidisciplinary Team.
Current Rn License In The State Of California And Certification In A Relevant Specialty Area (E.g. Acls, Bls).
