Guest Relations Host

Huntington Hospital is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Guest Relations Host to provide outstanding service and hospitality to our patients and visitors. 1. Greet and provide assistance to patients and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner.
2. Manage the front desk area, answer phones, and take messages as necessary.
3. Respond to guests’ needs and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
4. Ensure that the reception area is kept clean and presentable at all times.
5. Provide directions and information to guests regarding hospital services, policies, and procedures.
6. Monitor and maintain patient flow to provide an efficient and pleasant experience for guests.
7. Report any unusual incidents or complaints to the Guest Relations Manager.
8. Remain current on any changes in hospital services, policies, and procedures.
9. Assist with other related duties as assigned.
