Food Service Worker I, FT Days

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals to our patients and staff. - Prepare and deliver high-quality meals to patients and staff according to dietary guidelines and individual meal plans.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Assist in the setup, service, and cleanup of meals for patients and staff.
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and management to ensure efficient and accurate meal delivery.
- Handle and store food items properly to maintain freshness and quality.
- Maintain accurate records of food inventory, production, and delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to any requests or concerns from patients or staff.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient meal delivery.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on dietary guidelines and procedures.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including confidentiality and safety protocols.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work cooperatively with others in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Continuously strive to improve and maintain high standards of food quality and service.
- Assist in the training and orientation of new team members.
- Take initiative to identify and report any equipment or facility issues to management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: This Position Typically Requires A Minimum Education Level Of A High School Diploma Or Ged. This Shows That The Candidate Has A Basic Understanding Of Academics And Can Meet The Educational Requirements Of The Job.

Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: As A Food Service Worker, The Candidate Will Interact With Customers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills Are Essential For This Position.
