  1. Collaborate with the development team to create and implement fundraising strategies to support the hospital's mission and goals.
  2. Conduct research to identify potential donors and cultivate relationships with them.
  3. Assist in planning and organizing fundraising events, including coordinating logistics, managing guest lists, and soliciting sponsorships.
  4. Support donor stewardship efforts by preparing and sending thank you letters, acknowledgments, and updates.
  5. Manage donor database and ensure accurate and up-to-date records of donations and donor information.
  6. Prepare fundraising materials, including grant proposals, appeal letters, and promotional materials.
  7. Coordinate and oversee fundraising campaigns, including online campaigns and direct mail appeals.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to gather information and data for fundraising efforts.
  9. Assist with budgeting and financial reporting related to fundraising activities.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive donor information with discretion.
  11. Stay updated on fundraising trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure compliance.
  12. Represent the hospital and its mission positively and professionally in all interactions with donors and the community.
  13. Provide administrative support to the development team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  14. Attend networking events and conferences to promote the hospital and build relationships with potential donors.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the development manager or director.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Fundraising, Development, Or Donor Relations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Including The Ability To Build Relationships And Network With Donors And Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Database Management And Donor Management Software.

  • Knowledge Of Fundraising Principles And Techniques, Including Donor Cultivation, Stewardship, And Gift Solicitation.
