Maintain and troubleshoot the hospital's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
Respond to technical support requests from staff and patients, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
Install and configure new hardware and software, ensuring compatibility and functionality with existing systems.
Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain technology upgrades and improvements.
Perform regular system maintenance, backups, and updates to ensure the security and reliability of our technology systems.
Train and educate staff and patients on using technology systems and software effectively and efficiently.
Develop and maintain documentation of technology systems, processes, and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service and communication to all stakeholders, including staff, patients, and IT team members.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for enhancing our systems and processes.
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, to ensure the security and privacy of patient information.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Support Role In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Electronic Medical Records (Emr) Systems, Preferably Epic.
Strong Technical Skills, Including Proficiency In Troubleshooting Hardware And Software Issues.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment.
