Huntington Hospital is looking for an outstanding Communications Operator to join our team and help us deliver world-class healthcare to our patients. The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. The Communications Operator will be responsible for managing incoming calls, creating a positive patient experience, and ensuring the smooth flow of communication throughout the hospital.To be successful in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or GED, and a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role. You must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Responsibilities: •Manage incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner •Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and hospital staff •Create a positive patient experience •Ensure the smooth flow of communication throughout the hospital •Multi-task, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills •Remain calm under pressure •Keep up with the fast-paced environment of a hospital •Maintain a positive attitude •Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures •Escalate issues as needed to the appropriate personnel
