- Conducting regular audits and assessments of healthcare processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyzing data and performance metrics to identify trends and patterns, and making recommendations for quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with various departments to develop and implement quality improvement plans.
- Staying up-to-date on regulatory standards and requirements to ensure compliance.
- Leading and facilitating quality improvement projects and initiatives.
- Communicating and presenting quality data and reports to hospital leadership and stakeholders.
- Providing guidance and support to staff members on quality improvement processes and procedures.
- Conducting training sessions and workshops to educate employees on quality improvement techniques.
- Participating in external quality audits and accreditation processes.
- Identifying and addressing potential risks and issues related to patient safety and quality of care.
- Developing and maintaining quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with the IT department to implement and maintain quality-related technology systems.
- Conducting root cause analyses and developing action plans to address identified issues.
- Serving as a resource for quality-related inquiries and concerns from staff members and patients.
- Continuously monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives and making adjustments as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Quality Or Analytics Role.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Quality Measures, Regulations, And Accreditation Standards (E.g. Joint Commission, Cms).
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting Tools (E.g. Excel, Tableau).
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams And Present Findings To Stakeholders.
