Responsibilities of a Clinical Lab Scientist:

Perform laboratory tests and analysis to provide accurate and timely results.
Interpret lab results with accuracy.
Follow written and verbal instructions.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Provide top-notch patient care.
Remain current with new and emerging technologies in the laboratory field.
Ensure that laboratory instruments and supplies are properly maintained.
Develop and implement new laboratory techniques and procedures.

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma Or Equivalent
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills
Bachelor's Degree In A Science-Related Field
Clinical Laboratory Scientist (Cls) Certification Or Medical Technologist (Mt) Certification
Clinical Laboratory Experience
Working Knowledge Of Laboratory Safety Standards
Ability To Accurately Interpret Laboratory Data
Ability To Work Both Independently And As Part Of A Team
