  1. Provide basic patient care, including but not limited to assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  2. Monitor and record patients' vital signs, report any changes to the medical team.
  3. Assist doctors and nurses in procedures and treatments.
  4. Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
  5. Comfort and reassure patients and their families during their stay at the hospital.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
  7. Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
  8. Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement care plans for patients.
  9. Assist in maintaining medical equipment and supplies.
  10. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control and safety protocols.
  11. Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain and improve clinical skills.
  12. Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
  13. Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Education Requirement For A Clinical Care Partner At Huntington Hospital Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Serves As A Foundation For The Necessary Skills And Knowledge Needed For The Job.

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: A Clinical Care Partner At Huntington Hospital Must Have A Current And Valid Cna Certification. This Demonstrates A Level Of Competence In Basic Nursing Skills And Knowledge.

  • Previous Healthcare Experience: Prior Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Such As A Hospital Or Long-Term Care Facility, Is Often Preferred For A Clinical Care Partner Position. This Experience Can Include Direct Patient Care Or Other Related Roles.

  • Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification: Bls Certification Is Required For All Healthcare Workers At Huntington Hospital, Including Clinical Care Partners. This Certification Ensures The Ability To Respond To Emergency Situations And Provide Basic Life-Saving Techniques.
