
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
Huntington Hospital is looking for an experienced Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of their patients. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work with diverse populations, are also essential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent patient care services in accordance with the state laws and regulations.
- Ensure that the prescribed occupational therapy program is administered and evaluated on a regular basis.
- Develop and maintain accurate patient records.
- Assist in the development of treatment plans for patients.
- Educate patients and their families about the therapeutic process.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for patients.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the field of occupational therapy.
- Maintain professional relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Participate in continuing education and training activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients.
