
Administrative Supervisor

- Lead and supervise a team of administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, record keeping, and data entry, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Act as a point of contact for all administrative inquiries and escalations, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve administrative processes and promote a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to identify and address any administrative issues or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and hospital policies.
- Train and onboard new administrative staff, providing them with the necessary tools and resources for success.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of administrative staff, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and situations.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service and patient satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to ensure all administrative duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Act as a role model for the administrative team, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in administrative support, and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the administrative team and other departments within the hospital, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Handle any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by upper management.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills With Demonstrated Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Staff, Patients, And Other Departments.
Knowledge Of Hospital Policies, Procedures, And Regulations, Including Hipaa And Osha Compliance.
