  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and direct the procurement team in executing day-to-day operations and achieving key performance metrics.
  3. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve the company's bottom line.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services.
  5. Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  8. Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  9. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on procurement performance and savings achieved.
  10. Develop and mentor procurement team members to promote professional growth and development.
  11. Stay current with industry trends and innovations to identify potential opportunities to improve procurement processes and systems.
  12. Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the procurement department and across the organization.
  13. Maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
  14. Represent the company in supplier negotiations and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
  15. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to procurement operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Procurement Operations, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing Large Procurement Teams And Implementing Strategic Sourcing Initiatives.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Procurement Processes, Including Sourcing, Contract Negotiation, And Supplier Relationship Management.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Drive Continuous Improvement In Procurement Operations.
