Transformation Project Manager

Leads cross function teams (IT, finance, materials management, engineering, quality, ISC, etc.) to develop business case, make them approved by senior leadership (SBG & corporate), strategize (schedules, risk assessments and mitigation) and drive the project to completion. The Project Manager is accountable to senior leadership that championed the project and to meet the financial targets and project schedule without affecting customer experience. Key success criteria include meeting / exceeding project schedules, meeting internal and external customer metrics, and meeting budget plans. Develop detailed project strategy in accordance with the Standard Transition Process (STP) and to successfully lead cross-functional, multi-site teams through the transition process. Create Project Management Strategy, key Project milestones and metrics, and define team roles and responsibilities. Coordinate and lead formal program risk assessments and develop and execute mitigation strategies, including owners and resolution dates, to ensure the impact to the overall project success factors are minimized.
