  1. Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to international trade regulations and company policies.
  2. Manage import and export processes to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  3. Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams on trade compliance matters.
  4. Stay up-to-date with changes in global trade regulations and communicate any updates or changes to internal stakeholders.
  5. Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement compliance procedures and processes.
  7. Monitor and analyze trade data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
  8. Assist in preparing and submitting necessary documentation for import and export transactions.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to trade compliance.
  10. Communicate with government agencies and external partners as needed.
  11. Participate in training and education programs to ensure ongoing compliance awareness within the company.
  12. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
  13. Communicate any potential compliance issues to management and provide recommendations for resolution.
  14. Ensure all trade compliance activities are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
  15. Uphold company values and promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, International Trade, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Trade Compliance, Preferably In A Multinational Corporation.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Us And International Trade Regulations, Including Export Administration Regulations (Ear), International Traffic In Arms Regulations (Itar), And Other Relevant Trade Laws.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Regulations And Apply Them To Business Operations.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
