  1. Design and build high-quality tools and equipment for use in security systems.
  2. Ensure that all tools and equipment meet safety and quality standards.
  3. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of global security needs and requirements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address tooling needs.
  5. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing tools and equipment.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with tooling to minimize downtime.
  7. Keep detailed records of tooling designs, modifications, and maintenance activities.
  8. Stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate new techniques and technologies into tool making processes.
  9. Adhere to company protocols and procedures for tool making and use.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects.
  11. Participate in training programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge related to tool making and global security.
  12. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
  13. Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
  15. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Tool And Die Making: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Designing, Building, And Maintaining Various Types Of Tools And Dies, Including Progressive Dies, Stamping Dies, And Cutting Tools.

  • Knowledge Of Global Security Standards And Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of International Security Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso 27001, Nist, And Gdpr, And How They Apply To Tool Making Processes.

  • Proficient In Cad/Cam Software: A Strong Working Knowledge Of Computer-Aided Design (Cad) And Computer-Aided Manufacturing (Cam) Software Is Essential For Creating Accurate And Efficient Tool Designs.

  • Attention To Detail And Problem-Solving Skills: Tool Making Requires A High Level Of Precision, And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Solve Complex Problems Is Crucial For Success In This Role.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Global Security Tool Maker, The Candidate Will Need To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Effectively With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization. Therefore, Strong Interpersonal Skills And The Ability To Collaborate With Others Are Essential.
