Technical Manager
Lead a multi-functional team within the Engineering function. Direct reports will include technical managers and Principal Engineers with an overall team size from 75-125 employees comprised mostly of degreed engineers. The team includes a broad range of engineering disciplines supporting DP customers This role is responsible to engage the Engineering, ISC, Program Management and Quality Functions and other partners to meet customer needs. The position also fosters Six Sigma, HOS, continuous improvement and growth philosophy while driving efficiencies throughout the function while assuring successful project deliveries within budget and on schedule.
Leadership experience managing large complex projects with a history of successful outcomes
Minimum seven (7) years experience in progressively challenging and accountable engineering roles
Minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience
Six Sigma Black Belt
Ability to build relationships and communicate with all levels of organization
