  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for supply chain management in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and oversee supply chain planning projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
  3. Utilize project management skills to effectively manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and production, to optimize supply chain processes and drive results.
  5. Analyze supply chain data and make recommendations for improvements and cost savings.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable and cost-effective supply of materials.
  8. Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock shortages and excess inventory.
  9. Communicate and report on supply chain performance to senior leadership, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  10. Train and mentor team members on supply chain planning processes and best practices.
  11. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  12. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency within the supply chain function.
  13. Act as a key point of contact for supply chain planning related issues and provide timely resolutions.
  14. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the supply chain team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Planning, Project Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes And Technologies, Including Demand Planning, Inventory Management, And Logistics.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Supply Chain Projects, Including Setting And Meeting Project Timelines, Budget, And Quality Objectives.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
