- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure timely and successful execution of supply chain planning initiatives.
- Analyze supply chain data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with various departments, including operations, procurement, and logistics, to ensure alignment and coordination of supply chain planning efforts.
- Identify potential risks and proactively develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor and train team members to develop their skills and contribute to the overall success of the supply chain planning function.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supply Chain Planning And Project Management.
Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Demand Planning, Inventory Management, And Production Scheduling.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Implementing Supply Chain Planning Projects.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
