- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to drive cost savings and optimize supplier relationships.
- Conduct market analysis and identify potential suppliers to support business goals and objectives.
- Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop sourcing strategies that align with company goals.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with contract terms and quality standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sourcing and procurement processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide updates on sourcing initiatives and results.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and procurement to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
- Utilize data and analytics to track and report on cost savings and supplier performance.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Strategic Sourcing Or Procurement, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Technology Industry
Strong Understanding Of Sourcing Best Practices And Proven Experience In Negotiating Contracts And Managing Supplier Relationships
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Use Of Sourcing Tools And Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
