Strategic Sourcing Specialist

This position is responsible for the development and annual optimization of Honeywell's global strategic sourcing strategy for the $90M of Rubber Components spend across all Strategic Business Groups (SBG’s). The candidate will utilize total cost of ownership models to manage suppliers and leverage Honeywell’s spend across the SBG’s. Develop category strategies leveraging best-in-class suppliers, processes, and products to enable a competitive advantage. Identify and select approved suppliers capable of providing solutions that meet established business requirements and follow the global commodity strategies. Facilitate engagement across all SBG’s to drive a singular approach to supplier management in assigned commodity space. Build strong technical solutions including new technology, VA/VE, CE product and cost improvements with supply base.
