- Develop and implement sourcing strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
- Continuously monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing strategies support business needs and priorities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new suppliers and assess their capabilities.
- Drive supplier diversity initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their sourcing needs and requirements.
- Implement cost reduction strategies and identify opportunities for value engineering.
- Monitor and track supplier performance and take corrective actions as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and procurement.
- Lead and mentor a team of sourcing professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Continuously drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of sourcing activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Strategic Sourcing Or Procurement, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Technology Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Negotiating And Implementing Cost-Saving Strategies And Vendor Contracts.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Utilize Data To Make Informed Decisions And Recommendations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Internal Stakeholders And External Vendors.
