- Monitor and analyze security systems, including but not limited to CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security vulnerabilities and implement solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in security to continuously improve and enhance Honeywell's security measures.
- Conduct investigations into security incidents and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver security training and awareness programs for employees.
- Manage relationships with external security vendors and contractors.
- Create and maintain security documentation, including policies, procedures, and incident reports.
- Develop emergency response plans and participate in emergency preparedness drills.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure security protocols are followed and maintained.
- Stay informed about local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to security and ensure compliance.

Extensive Knowledge Of Security Systems: A Sr Security Specialist At Honeywell Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge Of Various Security Systems Including Access Control, Intrusion Detection, And Video Surveillance Systems. This Includes The Ability To Design, Install, And Maintain These Systems To Ensure Maximum Security For The Company.
