  4. Conduct competitive analysis to inform product positioning and differentiation.
  5. Create and manage product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
  6. Monitor market trends and customer needs to continuously improve and enhance existing products.
  7. Develop pricing strategies and manage product pricing throughout the product lifecycle.
  8. Conduct market testing and gather feedback to inform product enhancements and updates.
  9. Create compelling product messaging and positioning for marketing and sales teams.
  10. Collaborate with sales team to develop effective sales strategies and materials.
  11. Train and educate internal teams on new products and updates.
  12. Monitor product performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  13. Stay updated on industry developments and trends to inform product strategy.
  14. Represent the company and its products at industry events and conferences.
  15. Maintain strong relationships with customers and gather feedback to inform product development.
  16. Drive product growth and profitability through effective product management.
  17. Mentor and train junior product managers within the team.
  18. Communicate product updates and progress to senior management.
  19. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements for product development and launch.
  20. Continuously strive for innovation and improvement in products and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Product Management: A Sr. Product Manager - New Market Development At Honeywell Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In A New Market Development Role. This Experience Should Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Product Development Processes, Market Analysis, And Product Lifecycle Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful New Market Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Developing New Markets For Products, Resulting In Significant Revenue Growth For The Company. This Should Include Experience In Conducting Market Research, Developing Go-To-Market Strategies, And Launching New Products In Unfamiliar Markets.

  • Strong Leadership And Strategic Thinking Skills: As A Senior-Level Role, The Sr. Product Manager - New Market Development Must Possess Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Think Strategically. This Includes The Ability To Set And Communicate A Clear Vision For New Market Development, As Well As The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Technical Expertise And Understanding Of Emerging Technologies: Honeywell Is A Technology-Driven Company, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And A Thorough Understanding Of Emerging Technologies. This Will Enable Them To Identify New Market Opportunities And Develop Innovative Products That Meet Customer Needs And Stay Ahead Of The Competition.
