- Lead and execute complex procurement projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive efficiency and cost savings for the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize procurement needs and requirements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
- Manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluations and contract negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on procurement project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline procurement processes and increase efficiency.
- Mentor and train junior procurement team members to ensure their growth and development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve procurement processes.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the procurement process.
- Manage and maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely payment to suppliers.
- Adhere to ethical standards and promote a culture of integrity and compliance within the procurement team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Project-Based Environment.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Organize, And Execute Complex Procurement Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal Stakeholders And External Vendors.
Knowledge Of Procurement Best Practices, Contract Management, And Supplier Performance Evaluation Processes.
