  1. Develop and implement product strategy that aligns with Honeywell's overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Drive growth and profitability through effective management of the product portfolio.
  3. Conduct market analysis and research to identify new product opportunities and customer needs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, and finance to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product support.
  5. Lead the product lifecycle management process, including product planning, development, launch, and end-of-life decisions.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  7. Monitor and analyze product performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  8. Develop and manage product budgets, forecasts, and pricing strategies.
  9. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior product managers.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and innovation.
  11. Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment of product strategy across regions.
  12. Communicate product updates and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  14. Participate in product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the product management function.
