  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address recurring technical issues and suggest improvements to processes.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert for Honeywell's products and services, staying updated on new releases and features.
  5. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, providing clear and concise communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and technical solutions.
  7. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve knowledge and skills in IT support.
  9. Train and mentor junior support specialists to ensure a high level of service delivery.
  10. Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs and resources for customers to improve their technical knowledge and self-service capabilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In It Customer Support, With A Focus On Troubleshooting And Resolving Complex Technical Issues.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Various Operating Systems, Including Windows And Linux, And Proficiency In Networking Protocols And Technologies.

  • Proven Experience In Managing And Prioritizing Multiple Customer Support Cases, And Ability To Provide Timely And Effective Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Both Technical And Non-Technical Teams And Stakeholders.
