Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In It Customer Support, With A Focus On Troubleshooting And Resolving Complex Technical Issues.
Strong Knowledge Of Various Operating Systems, Including Windows And Linux, And Proficiency In Networking Protocols And Technologies.
Proven Experience In Managing And Prioritizing Multiple Customer Support Cases, And Ability To Provide Timely And Effective Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Both Technical And Non-Technical Teams And Stakeholders.
