- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise on IT projects.

- Train and mentor junior IT analysts to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Participate in strategic planning and provide input for the development of IT strategies and roadmaps.
- Continuously monitor and assess the performance of IT systems, making adjustments and improvements as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the IT department and other business units to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to the organization on IT-related matters.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In It Analysis, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Extensive Knowledge Of It Systems And Infrastructure, Including Network Architecture, Operating Systems, And Software Applications.
Proven Experience In Project Management, Including The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
