Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Health, Safety, And Environmental (Hse) Regulations And Compliance Standards, Including Osha, Epa, And Iso.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Effective Hse Programs And Initiatives, With A Focus On Accident Prevention And Risk Management.
Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Mentor Team Members, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Promote A Culture Of Safety.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Hse Policies And Procedures To All Levels Of The Organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Science, Or A Related Field, With A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within The Hse Field. Professional Certifications Such As Csp, Cih, Or Chmm Are Preferred.
