  1. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures that comply with local, state, and federal regulations as well as Honeywell standards.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections of facilities to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  3. Provide guidance and support to employees and management on safety and environmental issues.
  4. Develop and deliver training programs on safety procedures and protocols to promote a strong safety culture within the organization.
  5. Investigate and analyze incidents and accidents to determine root causes and develop strategies for prevention.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement safety improvement initiatives.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in safety regulations to ensure compliance and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Monitor and report on key safety performance indicators to management.
  9. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans.
  10. Lead emergency response and crisis management efforts.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to safety and environmental compliance.
  12. Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies and participate in audits and inspections.
  13. Mentor and train junior HSE team members.
  14. Communicate and promote the company's commitment to safety and environmental responsibility to all stakeholders.
  15. Continuously review and improve existing safety programs and processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health And Safety, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Senior Hse Role Within A Chemical Manufacturing Or Industrial Environment.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Hse Regulations, Standards, And Best Practices, Including Osha, Epa, And Iso.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hse Programs And Policies To Ensure Compliance And Mitigate Risk.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Drive A Culture Of Safety And Continuous Improvement.
