
Sr HR Services Administrator

- Provide exceptional support to employees by responding to HR-related inquiries and providing accurate and timely information.
- Utilize expertise in HR services to administer and maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement strategies for improving HR processes and procedures.
- Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Manage employee onboarding, including conducting new hire orientations and facilitating the completion of necessary paperwork.
- Partner with HR team to ensure smooth and successful execution of employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations for improvement based on feedback.
- Coordinate and assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
- Maintain knowledge of current HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and implement HR projects and initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Continuously improve HR processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Mentor and train junior HR team members as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to suggest innovative solutions and ideas for HR services.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Administration Or A Similar Role
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices
Proficiency In Hris Systems And Other Hr-Related Software
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With All Levels Of Employees And Management.
