  1. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with all government property regulations.
  2. Manage and maintain accurate records of all government-owned property within the company.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with government property regulations and internal policies.
  4. Monitor changes in government property regulations and ensure timely updates and adjustments to company procedures.
  5. Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in government property records or processes.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in government property management.
  7. Provide training and guidance to employees on government property compliance and best practices.
  8. Act as the main point of contact for all government property related inquiries and audits.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies and stakeholders involved in property compliance.
  10. Monitor and report on the performance of the company's property control systems.
  11. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in government property compliance.
  12. Communicate any potential risks or non-compliance issues to senior management and recommend corrective actions.
  13. Maintain a thorough understanding of all relevant government property regulations and ensure adherence to them at all times.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to government property compliance and implement them within the company.
  15. Uphold the company's values and standards of ethical conduct in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Government Property Compliance, Preferably In A Senior Role

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal Acquisition Regulation (Far) And Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (Dfars) Requirements For Government Property

  • Experience Conducting Government Property Audits And Maintaining Compliance With Audit Findings

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Compliance Requirements To All Levels Of The Organization
