  1. Develop and implement a global payroll strategy that aligns with Honeywell's overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of payroll operations including processing, compliance, reporting, and system enhancements.
  3. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll delivery for all employees worldwide.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks and career development.
  5. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in payroll operations.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new payroll policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  7. Partner with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely data exchange for payroll processing.
  8. Stay updated on global payroll trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvement and optimization.
  9. Develop and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective payroll services.
  10. Prepare and present regular reports and analysis to senior leadership on payroll operations and performance.
  11. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all payroll processes and systems.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on payroll matters, providing guidance and support to HR and other departments as needed.
  13. Manage payroll budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing strategies to improve efficiency.
  14. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and customer service excellence within the payroll team.
  15. Represent Honeywell's values and mission in all interactions and decisions related to payroll operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Managing Large Payroll Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Managing Payroll Operations For A Large Organization With Global Presence.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Payroll Laws And Regulations: The Sr Director Of Payroll Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Local, State, And Federal Laws Pertaining To Payroll, Including Tax Regulations, Wage And Hour Laws, And Payroll Reporting Requirements.

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Payroll Professionals, Set Goals, And Drive Performance In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Sr Director Of Payroll Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Payroll Data, Identify Trends, And Make Strategic Recommendations To Improve Processes And Reduce Costs.

  • Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Managing Payroll Systems: The Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience In Implementing And Managing Payroll Systems, Preferably With Experience In Adp Or Other Leading Payroll Software.
