  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements for various business initiatives.
  2. Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  3. Optimize data models and structures for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  4. Implement data quality checks and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  5. Develop and maintain data dictionaries, data lineage, and data governance processes.
  6. Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest data management trends and technologies.
  8. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and strategies.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation of data processes and procedures.
  10. Mentor and train junior members of the data management team.
  11. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data security and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  12. Participate in data governance meetings and provide input on data management strategies and policies.
  13. Continuously identify and implement opportunities to improve data management processes and procedures.
  14. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide data solutions accordingly.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Informatica Etl Tools: A Sr Data Management Analyst At Honeywell Must Have Advanced Proficiency With Informatica Etl Tools, Including Informatica Powercenter And Informatica Data Quality. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Etl Processes And Be Able To Design, Develop, And Maintain Complex Data Integration Solutions.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Management Principles: This Role Requires A Thorough Understanding Of Data Management Principles, Including Data Governance, Data Quality, And Master Data Management. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Develop And Implement Data Management Strategies To Ensure Data Integrity And Accuracy.

  • Advanced Data Engineering Skills: Honeywell Is Looking For A Sr Data Management Analyst Who Has Advanced Data Engineering Skills, Including Etl Development, Data Modeling, And Database Design. They Should Be Able To Work With Large And Complex Datasets And Have Experience With Data Warehouse And Data Lake Technologies.
