- Manage a portfolio of contracts, including reviewing and updating existing contracts and negotiating and finalizing new ones.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a liaison between various departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the contract management process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other external parties involved in the contract process.
- Conduct thorough analysis and risk assessments of contracts, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.
- Monitor and track contract performance to ensure all parties are meeting their obligations and deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement best practices for contract management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations related to contracts, and make recommendations for process improvements as needed.
- Prepare and present reports and updates on contract status, performance, and financials to senior management.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior contract representatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Law, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Negotiation And Communication Skills.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Contract Management Or A Similar Role.
Strong Understanding Of Legal And Financial Terms And Conditions, Including Government Regulations And Compliance.
Experience With Contract Management Software And Ability To Manage Multiple Contracts Simultaneously.
