- Oversee and manage real estate projects and assets for Honeywell, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Develop and implement strategic plans for real estate projects, taking into consideration the company's goals and objectives
- Manage a team of construction and real estate professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure project success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and secure potential locations for new projects or expansions
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to support decision-making for real estate investments
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of projects
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential delays or issues proactively
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, landlords, and community leaders
- Implement and maintain real estate management systems to efficiently track and manage project data and information
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in construction and real estate to continuously improve processes and procedures within the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Construction Project Management And Real Estate Development.
Strong Understanding Of Construction Processes, Building Codes, And Regulations.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Construction Projects And Real Estate Portfolios.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Teams And Build Relationships With Vendors And Stakeholders.
