  1. Manage and execute legal entity restructures and separations across Honeywell's global organization.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans for legal entity restructuring and separation projects.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis and due diligence to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, tax, and compliance, to ensure seamless execution of legal entity changes.
  5. Identify potential risks and issues related to legal entity restructures and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
  6. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all legal entity restructuring tasks and deliverables.
  7. Maintain and update all legal entity records and documentation, including corporate governance documents.
  8. Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of legal entity restructuring projects to senior management.
  9. Stay current on industry regulations and best practices related to legal entity management and restructuring.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other team members on legal entity restructuring matters.
  11. Collaborate with external legal counsel and advisors as needed.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Legal Entity Restructuring And Separation Processes: A Sr Analyst In This Role Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Legal And Regulatory Requirements For Restructuring And Separating Legal Entities, Including Tax Implications, Compliance Obligations, And Corporate Governance.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Identify Potential Issues Or Risks In Legal Entity Restructuring And Separation. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Devise Effective Solutions To Mitigate These Risks And Ensure A Smooth Separation Process.
