Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field, With A Focus On Systems Engineering Or A Relevant Discipline.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Systems Engineering, Preferably In A Complex And Highly Technical Industry Such As Aerospace Or Defense.
Strong Understanding Of Systems Engineering Principles And Methodologies, Including Requirements Management, System Design, Integration And Testing, And Verification And Validation.
Extensive Experience With Systems Engineering Tools And Practices, Such As Model-Based Systems Engineering (Mbse), Sysml, And Doors.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Develop And Deliver Complex Systems Solutions.
