  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes and technologies to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and increased efficiency.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing issues.
  • Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and conduct experiments to validate new processes and technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology, and make recommendations for their implementation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead projects to streamline processes and optimize production.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers and manufacturing team members on new processes and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical support to other departments as needed.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to identify and source new technologies and equipment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field, Preferably In Mechanical, Industrial, Or Manufacturing Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Advanced Manufacturing Processes, Including 3D Printing, Automation, And Robotics.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Lean Manufacturing Principles And Continuous Improvement Methodologies.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Leading Successful Projects From Concept To Implementation.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
