- Conduct thorough electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electromagnetic interference (EMI) design analysis to ensure products meet industry standards and regulations.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of electromagnetic theory to design and develop innovative solutions for complex EMI/EMC challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, and software engineers to ensure EMC/EMI design considerations are integrated into all stages of product development.
- Develop and implement test plans and procedures to validate EMC/EMI design solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in EMC/EMI design and incorporate new techniques into product designs.
- Identify potential EMC/EMI risks and provide mitigation strategies to ensure product success.
- Lead design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers on EMC/EMI design principles.
- Develop and maintain design documentation, including reports and drawings, to comply with company and industry standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to select appropriate components and materials for EMC/EMI design.
- Conduct failure analysis and identify opportunities for improvement in existing EMC/EMI designs.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to present EMC/EMI design solutions and provide technical support.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality EMC/EMI design solutions within budget constraints.
- Mentor and train junior engineers on EMC/EMI design principles and techniques.

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Emc/Emi Design And Testing
Proficiency In Industry Standards And Regulations Such As Mil-Std-461 And Fcc Part 15
Experience With Electromagnetic Modeling And Simulation Software
Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Develop Innovative Solutions To Complex Emc/Emi Issues.
