  1. Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulations to analyze and optimize product designs.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide recommendations for product improvements.
  3. Utilize simulation software, such as ANSYS or ABAQUS, to accurately model and analyze product performance.
  4. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Continuously research and stay up-to-date on new simulation techniques and technologies to enhance product development processes.
  6. Work closely with product engineers to ensure simulation results align with real-world testing and performance.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any simulation-related issues or discrepancies.
  8. Provide support and guidance to junior simulation analysts on the team.
  9. Ensure all simulation processes and procedures adhere to company standards and guidelines.
  10. Collaborate with other teams, including R&D and manufacturing, to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all simulation processes and results.
  12. Participate in design reviews and offer insights and recommendations based on simulation results.
  13. Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for FEA simulations.
  14. Attend training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in FEA analysis and simulation techniques.
  15. Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks and projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience With Finite Element Analysis (Fea) Software, Such As Ansys Or Abaqus

  • Strong Understanding Of Structural Mechanics And Materials Science Principles

  • Experience In Modeling And Simulation Of Complex Systems, Including Nonlinear And Dynamic Behavior
