In this role, you will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving operations in our facility, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.   1. Oversee the shipping and receiving operations in the facility.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  3. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all shipping and receiving processes.
  4. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate workflow.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
  6. Verify and track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  7. Prepare shipping and receiving documents and maintain records of all transactions.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while handling shipments.
  9. Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize shipping and receiving processes.
  10. Train and mentor new team members on shipping and receiving procedures and protocols.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area.
  12. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays in the shipping and receiving process.
  13. Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to streamline shipping and receiving operations.
  14. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to shipping and receiving.
  15. Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by management.
