Shipping/Receiving Specialist

Honeywell is looking for a Shipping/Receiving Specialist who is highly organized and detail-oriented to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipping and receiving, as well as great problem-solving and customer service skills. We are looking for someone who is committed to providing accurate and timely information to customers and colleagues.To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience in a shipping/receiving role, a working knowledge of shipping and receiving systems, and a valid driver’s license. An understanding of industry standard safety regulations, such as OSHA and DOT, is also essential. Responsibilities:

1. Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality of products.
2. Prepare and package outgoing shipments, including all necessary documentation.
3. Track and report on all incoming and outgoing shipments.
4. Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of all shipping and receiving materials.
5. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all industry standard safety regulations, such as OSHA and DOT.
6. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
7. Troubleshoot any issues that may arise in the shipping and receiving process.
8. Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks in a timely manner.
9. Monitor and evaluate shipping and receiving processes and procedures for efficiency and accuracy.
10. Assist in training new team members in shipping and receiving processes.
