- Develop and implement creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for all levels and functions within the organization.
- Utilize various recruiting methods, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices for attracting and hiring top talent.
- Conduct thorough and efficient screening processes to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position and company culture.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, providing a positive and professional experience for both the candidate and hiring team.
- Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely and effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market intelligence to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Assist with the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and hiring data in the applicant tracking system.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent Honeywell at recruitment events and career fairs.
- Partner with external recruitment agencies, when necessary, to support hiring needs.
- Provide guidance and support to junior members of the Talent Acquisition team.
- Adhere to all relevant legal and compliance requirements in the recruitment process.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to ensure an efficient and positive experience for all stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Full-Cycle Recruitment, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Various Recruitment Methods, Including Direct Sourcing, Social Media, And Networking.
Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Hr Technology Tools.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Hiring Managers And Candidates.
