Responsibilities:

1. Negotiate and manage subcontracts with vendors, suppliers, and other third parties.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors.
3. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to subcontracts.
4. Analyze subcontracts to ensure that terms and conditions are being met.
5. Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with subcontract terms and conditions.
6. Prepare and present reports to management on the status of subcontracts.
7. Assist with the development and implementation of strategies to reduce costs and maximize value.
8. Assist with the preparation of bids and proposals for subcontracts.
9. Maintain accurate records of subcontracts and other contractual documents.
10. Provide guidance and support to other departments on subcontracts.
