  1. Develop and maintain project control procedures and systems to ensure effective planning, tracking, and reporting of project activities.
  2. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, providing recommendations and solutions to keep projects on track.
  3. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop project plans and schedules, and provide regular updates on project status.
  4. Utilize project management software to track and analyze project data, providing accurate and timely reports to stakeholders.
  5. Conduct cost and schedule analysis to identify trends and variances, and make proactive recommendations for improvement.
  6. Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards and requirements.
  7. Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  8. Lead and mentor junior project controls team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  9. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency, implementing best practices and driving cost-effectiveness.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in project controls, applying new techniques and strategies to improve project management processes.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all project controls activities.
  12. Represent Honeywell in a professional and positive manner, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Project Risks.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Project Controls, Preferably In A Large-Scale Engineering Or Construction Industry.

  • Proficient In Project Management Software Such As Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, And Sap.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams.
