  1. Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion and delivery of projects.
  2. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project teams and stakeholders.
  3. Conduct cost analysis and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with project managers to establish budget and cost control measures.
  5. Provide accurate and timely reports on project cost and schedule performance.
  6. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project schedule and cost.
  7. Utilize project management software and tools to support project controls activities.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to project controls.
  9. Train and mentor junior project controls team members.
  10. Continuously improve project controls processes and procedures to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  11. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
  12. Participate in project meetings and provide insights and recommendations on project controls matters.
  13. Collaborate with finance team to ensure accurate cost tracking and forecasting.
  14. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into project controls processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Construction Management, Or Finance.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Controls And Scheduling, Preferably In A Large-Scale Construction Or Engineering Environment.

  • Proficiency In Industry-Standard Scheduling Software Such As Primavera P6 Or Microsoft Project.

  • Strong Analytical And Financial Skills With The Ability To Analyze And Report On Project Costs And Variances.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Data To Stakeholders.
